Book your free business reviewFocused support
You don’t need a large engagement to get started. We can begin with a focused issue or a few hours of support. My consulting is $175 per hour, with scope and cost agreed before paid work begins.
For working sessions, troubleshooting, process improvement, or hands-on help—such as clarifying responsibilities, developing job descriptions, improving a workflow, or identifying the right specialist. We agree on an initial time estimate before beginning.
Business Operations Specialist support
As Founder & Principal Consultant, I lead strategy, diagnosis, recommendations, and client leadership. A Business Operations Specialist can support implementation, coordination, systems setup, process improvements, and ongoing project work. I direct and review the work, keeping managerial judgment and recommendations with me.
Business Operations Specialist time is billed at $70/hour. My direction and review are billed separately at $175/hour. We agree on responsibilities, scope, and expected costs before work begins.
Larger projects
Example budgets for larger projects: $5,000–$25,000+.
An option when the work involves several steps, systems, or teams—such as a vendor-management process, an onboarding workflow, operational documentation, or an AI-assisted system. Your proposal defines the deliverables, milestones, responsibilities, and price.
Depending on your needs and agreed scope, an engagement may include assessing useful AI opportunities, implementing a scoped workflow, or training your team.
Smaller, contained projects can be scoped separately; larger or more complex work may be divided into phases.
Ongoing support
Example monthly budgets for ongoing support: $2,500–$10,000+.
An option for businesses that need consistent operational support, leadership guidance, or help carrying improvements through implementation while they build capacity. We define the responsibilities I’ll support and coordinate with your team or outside specialists where needed. The monthly scope reflects the time and involvement your business needs.
What affects the price?
The scope of the problem, the condition of existing systems, the number of people or platforms involved, and the depth of implementation and training required. Any software subscriptions or outside specialist costs are identified separately in the proposal.
Know what you’re agreeing to
Final scope, fees, timing, and availability are confirmed in a written agreement before paid work begins.
If the work needs to change, we discuss the impact on time and cost before proceeding.
