Let’s Sense Make your business.

Your information.
Handled with care.

Privacy notice · Effective September 30, 2026.

Who we are and what this notice covers.

Sense Make is operated by Annie Filice as a sole proprietorship based in Loomis, California. This notice explains how we handle information from visitors to our website and people who contact us about our services. “We” and “our” refer to Sense Make.

Client records and access to business systems are arranged separately under a services agreement. Please do not submit employee records, customer lists, financial account details, health information, passwords, or other sensitive business records through this website.

Information we receive.

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, optional business name, message, and NDA preference you provide, along with subsequent correspondence. Hosting and form providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and security logs needed to deliver and protect their services.

How we use it.

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss potential services, arrange conversations, manage related communications, and maintain appropriate business records. We may also use relevant information to prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Who processes or receives it.

Our contact form uses Web3Forms to process submissions and forward them to our Google Workspace email. Web3Forms also stores submissions and uses infrastructure and spam-prevention providers to operate the service. Our website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. See the Web3Forms privacy policy and Google Workspace data processing terms for additional information.

We do not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or authorities when needed to meet legal obligations, address a dispute, or protect rights and security. Provider processing may occur outside your state or country.

Cookies and traffic measurement.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, referral websites, device and browser information, and the number of successful inquiries. Google processes technical information and uses analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_ identifiers, to distinguish visits. We configure these cookies to expire after 180 days without extending that expiry on each visit. Browser settings may shorten that period.

Analytics is off until you choose “Accept analytics.” Choosing “Reject analytics” leaves the website and contact form available. We do not send your name, email address, business name, message, or NDA preference to Analytics. We remove URL query strings and fragments from the page addresses we send and limit referral information to the referring website’s origin. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration.

We save your cookie choice in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days so we can remember it. This preference storage does not track you. Use at any time to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies on this site; it does not automatically erase data already processed by Google. Clearing browser storage or changing devices may require a new choice. We keep analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals.

See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s privacy policy. Hosting, form delivery, and security providers may separately process technical information or use necessary cookies to deliver and protect their services. Our analytics choice does not disable those essential services. We do not authorize providers to use inquiry content for advertising on our behalf.

How long we keep inquiries.

For inquiries that do not become client engagements, our policy is to delete inquiry records we control 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless we need to retain specific records for a legal obligation, dispute, or another documented legitimate business reason. Client-engagement records follow the applicable agreement and recordkeeping obligations.

Provider-held copies and backups follow their own deletion processes. We have set Web3Forms to delete submission records after one year from submission, subject to its privacy policy. We include provider-held inquiry records in our deletion process. That is separate from copies delivered to our email. Deletion from our active records does not mean every provider backup is immediately erased.

Questions and requests.

To ask about information you have shared, request access or a correction, or request deletion of an inquiry, email hello@thatmakessense.co. You may also use our contact form. We’ll review your request and may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity. We may retain records where needed for an engagement, a legal obligation, or a dispute, and will explain applicable limits on a request. Additional rights may apply depending on your location.

You can also send privacy questions or requests by mail:

Confidentiality and security.

The inquiry form is for initial contact, not a secure document-transfer service. Checking the NDA box asks us to arrange an agreement; it does not itself create a signed NDA. Arrange the appropriate agreement and transfer method before sharing confidential client records. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes to this notice.

We will post updates here and change the effective date. For material changes, we will also place a notice on the website and, where required or appropriate, notify affected contacts directly before using their information for a materially different purpose.
