We start with a free hour to understand what isn’t working and why. Then we determine the right solution and agree on scope and cost before paid work begins. I help put the solution into practice and stay involved through resolution.
I lead strategy, diagnosis, recommendations, and client decisions as Founder & Principal Consultant. Projects can also include a Business Operations Specialist for implementation, coordination, systems setup, process improvements, and ongoing support, with my direction and review.
